Bottle Unscrambler
- mainly composed of a bottle loading machine, a turntable, a bottle picking part, a bottle unscrambler part, and a bottle pouring and picking part.
Work Process
- 1. Put a large number of messy bottles from the bottle loading machine into the turntable.
- 2. Transfer the lying bottles to the bottle removal department through the tangential movement of the turntable
- 3. Then transfer the bottles vertically to the conveyor belt.
- 4. Finally, double photoelectric detection is used to remove the lying bottles.
